Cancellation Policy
If you no show or cancel you appointment within 48 hours before your appointment, there is a 50% cancelation fee.
If you are not satisfied with your service, you can contact me within a week of your appointment and we can schedule an adjustment. Otherwise you will be charged half or full price, depending on the adjustment if it is past a week since your appointment.
Absolutely no full refunds will be issued per the appointment agreement. If you are unsatisfied with your service, I will carefully assess the situation to offer a solution which may include but is not limited to an adjustment within 7 days of your original appointment or 50% refund and termination of clientele.
